Se passa em Londres, onde todo o tipo de informação e liberdade são manipuladas pela cúpula do governo. Dentre tantas ações sujas do governo, foram realizados experimentos secretos em seres humanos matando-os, exceto o grande protagonista, V.
Em busca de vingança por tudo que o governo lhe fez, convoca toda a nação para se rebelarem contra o governo manipulador em busca da liberdade!

Recomendo à todos que vejam este filme, não é só pelo filme em sí, mas também pela mensagem que trás...Sozinho não somos nada, mas juntos podemos fazer a diferença!
